Jo is Team Leader heading up the Iceni Youth projects, Social media, & the Staff team at Iceni Youth she is passionate about young people and she wishes to provide a safe caring & fun environment where the staff can build good relationships with the young people and other local professionals, so that together they can look at the issues affecting their lives, bringing about changes & find support when needed.
Jo is also our 121 Counselling Support Youth worker with responsibility for updating content on the Iceni Youth Website.
Also our longest serving staff member and she was trained and formally employed by Norfolk County Council over many years (before the cutbacks).
Jo also encourages other relevant local agencies to connect young people, within our projects , especially within Youthie Hub.
Robyn is a Youth Support volunteer worker
Acting as Team leader when Jo is off.
Robyn has secured some recent funding.
Robyn is interested in Human Rights Accessibility and changing unhelpful behavior.
Robyn now organises activities/program for Mind-Full
She was a youth club member herself some years ago.
Lizzie is a Youth Support volunteer worker, who is interested in child development in the younger ones.
she enjoys taking part in creative activities,and supporting the tuck shop volunteers learn about the finances.

Debbie is a Youth Support volunteer worker
She is very experienced and patient when working with the younger children who may need additional support, particularly with social interaction.
Debbie organises & delivers Youthie activities.
Rikki is a Youth Support volunteer worker.
Rikki always raises a smile as he is very happy to have fun and dress up etc with the Young people, and equally he is very sensitive caring and intuitive with young people.
Rikki's was a youth club member some years ago and his reason for helping is out is he got so much from our Youthie when he was a teen, that he wants to give us something back.
At Iceni Youth we work in partnership in the community, and we aim to offer young people a safe environment where they can socialise and meet other young people, and engage in a range of activities that will raise their confidence and their aspirations.
We also offer a friendly and honest ear to chat to when things are getting you down, as well as support you when you need, whether it be with problems, or if you would like to take on a volunteering role.
All our projects are supported by a dedicated and very much appreciated team of volunteers, and by our young leaders, Who are able to access support and training that is available.
All our staff & Volunteers will be subject to the current relevant safe guarding checks, (enhanced DBS) that are recommended for those working with young people.
